The application CANNOT be saved and reloaded later. We recommend that you have ready all the documents scanned and saved in PDF format only. 

Scan and store the following documents: 

- Official Transcript with 9-12 weighted GPA (MANDATORY).
- Proof of address (MANDATORY if your high school, college or university IS NOT within the 25 eligible counties).
Scanned documents must be in PDF format, they can be created with a scanner (e.g. from the school library or computer center, office supply store, internet cafe, etc). 

Write your ESSAY (350 words for High School JUNIORS) in a word processor program such as Word or Notepad, to copy-paste into section IV. The ESSAY should describe your personal situation, the reasons you are pursuing higher education, and the ways in which you plan to use your education for the benefit of your community. 

Before submitting your application, review all information entered. Once submitted, there will be NO opportunity to correct the application.

Incomplete applications will NOT be accepeted and will be automatically declined.
