Job Responsibilities: 1. Complaint Management Handle customer complaints related to banking services, credit cards, service issues, and regulatory compliance Act as the escalation point to ensure timely and effective resolution of complex cases 2. Customer Engagement Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to understand concerns and provide solutions Maintain professionalism and empathy while managing challenging interactions 3. Analysis and Reporting Prepare reports on complaint trends, root causes, and resolution outcomes for internal stakeholders Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to processes and service delivery 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Compliance, Operations, Customer Service) to resolve systemic issues Liaise with regulatory bodies and external parties when necessary to ensure proper complaint handling 5.
