Account Executive – Direct Marketing

Location: Manassas, VA | Hybrid Possibility | Conservative Cause-Focused

Have you collaborated across creative, production, and data teams to drive integrated fundraising campaigns? American Target Advertising , the nation's oldest conservative direct marketing agency, is hiring a mid-to-senior-level Account Executive to manage and grow multi-channel fundraising campaigns for some of the most influential right-of-center nonprofit organizations in the country.

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Have 5–8 years of experience in a direct marketing fundraising agency
• Excel at client communication and relationship management
• Understand how to guide copy, creative, production, data, and results analysis
• Can lead and mentor production staff with confidence
• Are you a conservative activist or interested in conservative issues, causes and public policy?

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading direct mail, digital, and telemarketing fundraising campaigns
• Acting as the primary contact for client fundraising programs
• Developing strategic mailing calendars, projections, and testing plans
• Collaborating across departments to ensure quality and performance
• Driving campaign analysis and offering strategic recommendations
• Managing compliance, reporting, and client deliverables with precision
