The Accountant position offers a variety of accounting practices, including accounts receivable and payable, reconciling the general ledger, conducting audits, managing fixed assets, inventory costing, and exposure to different reporting portals required by our parent companies. 

This position requires a candidate to be accurate and thorough, understand accounting principles, and efficiently add value to the accounting team. 

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Interact with clients on the phone, email, and in-person.
• Enter invoices for accounts payable and perform bi-weekly check runs.
• Daily reconciliations of accounts to make month-end closing more efficient and smoother.
• Learn to maintain and reconcile fixed assets.
• Reporting on the parent company portals with necessary company information.
• Participate in all month-end, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, graduates with no experience considered, with other requirements listed below.
• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with an understanding of ERP systems.
• Superior math skills and an analytical mind.
• Familiarity with financial statements.
• Exceptional organizational skills and an aptitude for numbers
• Consistent, accurate, thorough, and detail oriented.
• Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
