Responsibilities of the Auto Body General Manager:
- To ensure profitability of the body shop
- Oversee productivity and quality of work
- Maintain an exceptional level of service and safety
- Keep our insurance partners happy
Requirements of the Auto Body General Manager:
- Auto body shop service writing/ estimating with DRP Experience
- Experience using CCC One, and I-Car programs
- High energy with a sense of urgency
- Prior experience with direct repair programs
- Excellent operational AND leadership abilities
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to pass a background check and receive approval from our insurance partners
