Responsibilities

  • Aid clients in the selection and buying process of their next vehicle
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction
  • Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and administrative duties.
  • Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
  • Support dealership staff with communication and clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred (automotive experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
