• Prepping and refinishing vehicles to OEM standards
• Mixing, matching, and applying paint with precision
• Inspecting pre- and post-paint work for quality and accuracy
• Working with top-tier paint and equipment in a clean, organized facility
• Collaborating with body technicians and estimators to ensure timely completion
• Following all safety and environmental regulations

🔧 What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of professional automotive painting experience
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for craftsmanship
• Ability to color match and blend seamlessly
• Familiarity with modern paint systems (waterborne & solvent-based)
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
