Overview
Carmine?s Gourmet Market & Restaurant is looking for a full-time Bakery Manager for their well-established Gourmet Market located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. As the Bakery Manager you will set a positive example in all areas including guest services, merchandising, positive attitude and professionalism to help lead our bakery team.

Duties
As our Bakery Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily bakery operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Managing inventory control to maintain stock levels and minimize waste.
• Training and developing staff in baking techniques, food safety practices, and customer service excellence.
• Ensuring compliance with health regulations and food safety standards to create a safe working environment.
• Collaborating with the culinary team to innovate new recipes and improve existing offerings.
• Providing outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service management or bakery operations.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team management and development.
• Excellent communication abilities to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Knowledge of food handling practices, culinary techniques, and safety regulations.

• Familiarity with cake decorating techniques and pastry preparation is a plus.
