Bookkeeper / Construction Office Manager
Location: On-site, Washington, DC Metro Area
We are a fast-paced, high-end residential design-build remodeling company seeking a full-time, in-person Bookkeeper/Office Manager . This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee daily office operations, bookkeeping, HR, accounts payable/receivable, and job costing.
Manage bookkeeping, A/P, A/R, and job costing
Oversee HR and office management functions
Maintain accurate records and reports
Support project and company leadership with administrative tasks
Prior bookkeeping and office management experience required
Construction industry experience preferred
Sage/Timberline software experience a plus
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Strong organizational and communication skills
