Commercial Leasing Associate / Manager

Location: Southwest Florida (SWFL)

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Leasing professional to join an established real estate organization in Southwest Florida. This role will be responsible for driving leasing activity across a commercial portfolio, building strong tenant relationships, and supporting overall asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and lease commercial properties including retail, office, and/or industrial assets
• Source, qualify, and engage prospective tenants
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with tenants, brokers, and ownership
• Coordinate with property management and internal stakeholders to support leasing efforts
• Conduct property tours and represent the portfolio in a professional manner
• Track leasing activity, pipeline, and market trends
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to leasing performance

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in commercial leasing or commercial real estate
• Deep understanding of local and regional commercial real estate markets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple active leasing efforts simultaneously
• High level of professionalism and discretion
