Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:
JD or similar plus:

• 3+ Years of Business Litigation experience
• Experience with Business disputes, IP, bankruptcy, partnership, shareholder, or trade secret litigation
• Experience with employment ( wage & hour, harassment, discrimination) , product liability, or lemon law litigation is a plus
• Transactional experience is a plus
• Active and in good standing with the Bar in California

A day in the life:

• Discovery, research, and document review
• Hybrid, 4 days a week in beautiful office,-5 minutes from the airport and across from a world class fitness facility
• Drafting motions, depositions, interviewing witness
• Opportunity to sit third chair or second for more experienced attorneys
• 155 hour billables- if you exceed - bonusses are very lucrative
