We’re looking for a Commercial Insurance Agent who thrives on building lasting relationships, has a passion for helping businesses succeed, and is ready to deliver risk solutions that go far beyond the four corners of an insurance contract.

• Identify, engage, and consult with business owners to understand their operations, risks, and goals
• Design customized commercial insurance programs and risk strategies
• Educate clients on the value of proactive risk management
• Collaborate with our in-house team of safety consultants, claims advocates, and legal advisors
• Manage and grow a book of business through referral networks, strategic outreach, and retention efforts
• Stay current on industry trends, coverage enhancements, and carrier appetite

• Proven experience in commercial lines insurance (preferred: 3+ years)
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative approach
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Integrity, curiosity, and a client-first mindset
