About the Opportunity

We’re hiring a relationship-focused B2B rep to place SpoutTrim with contractors, retailers, and institutions who serve homeowners as well as commercial properties and public-use buildings. This isn’t door-to-door, it’s consultative selling with recurring revenue. If you believe details matter, and small things make a big impact, you’ll fit right in with our community of “Finishers.”

The Role:

• Build relationships with gutter installers, roofers, landscapers and home-improvement professionals
• Present SpoutTrim to regional hardware buyers and retail chains
• Develop contractor partnership programs with recurring orders
• Create and nurture long-term accounts, not one-time sales

Compensation

• First 90 days: Commission-only, 30% on all sales you generate
• After 90 days: Tiered commissions with higher % on larger/recurring accounts
• First Year Income: $20,000-35,000 This reflects the account-building phase as you develop contractor and retail partnerships. This is relationship-based B2B sales with recurring revenue. Income grows substantially in years 2-3 as accounts mature. Long-term earning potential discussed during interview process.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in B2B sales, especially construction/landscaping/home improvement industry
• Relationship builder, not just transaction closer
• Comfortable with longer sales cycles that build residual income
• Passionate about details, safety and helping families
• Self-motivated and comfortable with commission-based income
• Has or can build contractor network
