Community Support Worker - Shift Lead

As a Community Support Worker Shift Lead you will work one on one with individuals in our Assisted Living apartment settings to support them through their journey to independence! The shift lead will also take a leadership role within the program; training new staff and working on special assignments with the supervisor. If you've got experience as a Direct Support Professional and want to take the next step into a leadership role, we want to talk to you!
Full or part time shifts available -10 hour shifts: Sunday-Wednesday 10am-8pm, or Thursday-Saturday 10am-8pm. Weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday) required.
In this position, you have the flexibility of working independently while also having the structure and support of a team.

Starting Salary: $21.00 hourly
Benefits: Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible.
