***CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED PLEASE***
We are looking for Entry- Level & Seasoned Project Engineers. Project Engineers would provide support to the Project Manager and the Project Superintendent for all aspects of project administration. They would perform a wide variety of engineering and administrative activities relative to project planning, drawing conformance, estimating, scheduling, project close-out, budget adherence, contract and subcontract administration, coordination, cost control, and document control.
Ideal Candidate’s Role and Responsibilities:
· Manage workload effectively; prioritizing items based on the demands of the project(s).
· Organize and manage the submittal schedule and project deliverables to coordinate with project schedule.
· Review shop drawings for coordination with trades and compliance with contract documents; expedite and approve submittals and shop drawings.
· Conduct complete and accurate quantity take-offs; ensure correct materials and quantities arrive in a timely manner.
· Prepare and distribute accurate meeting minutes.
· Generate and distribute RFI’s accordingly, including pricing into a change order if applicable.
· Assemble close-out documents including as-builts, warranties, etc.
· Support change order pricing efforts.
· Support estimating efforts, including soliciting subcontractor bids, reviewing proposals and assembling bids to clients.
· Draft subcontracts, change orders, project schedules, and billings and assist Project Management with these processes.

Ideal candidates will have a four-year construction management degree or equivalent technical training and related experience, along with proficiency in MS Office, Project and Outlook. Other specialized experience or accreditations preferred (e.g. LEED, Lean).
