Salary: $120,000

Construction Production Manager

The construction production manager acts as the leader of the construction team to manage the development and delivery of various projects under the supervision of the Owner. The Construction Production Manager is responsible for monitoring construction to ensure all projects are moved daily. This role will also perform quality assurance walks on all projects and handle all field and customer challenges that are escalated from the construction management level. The Construction Production Manager will ensure budgets are being met, forecast cash flow, and execute change orders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Great customer service, communication and customer service skills
• Experienced in high-end residential construction
• Proven leadership skills and ability to delegate work
• Exceptional time management skills, ability to estimate work effort and time needed for various construction jobs
• Good writing skills for proposals and reports
• Excellent technical skills and understanding of construction methods, contracts and blueprints

Specific responsibilities include:

• Plan, coordinate and direct business operations to ensure the achievement of company revenue goals and documentation of expenses

• Develop and initiate strategies to maintain employee productivity, evaluate performance and improve the quality of service

• Train, guide and mentor employees and evaluate their performance and productivity in completing their job duties

• Assist human resources in recruiting, hiring, training and evaluating employees and ensure staff complies with company policy and procedures

• Assisting the construction team when problems arise
• Ensuring projects are on schedule
• Ensuring the quality is being met as per plans and specificartions
• Ensuring all projects are within budget
• Manage the overall operations of the construction team
• Ensure employees are motivated and productive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
