• Delivery: CMAR and Design-Build with early precon and phased turnover

ROLE OVERVIEW

Our client is a top-ranked GC with a strong backlog across Arizona. The Superintendent will lead field operations on projects from $25M–$100M+, overseeing safety, schedule, subcontractors, and site coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily field operations from start to turnover
• Direct subs, enforce safety, drive schedule performance
• Run jobsite meetings and update Procore documentation
• Coordinate with PMs, inspectors, and consultants
• Maintain quality standards and owner-facing professionalism
• Mentor Assistant Supers and field staff

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years as GC-side Superintendent on ground-up builds
• Strong experience in wood-frame, podium, or tilt-up projects
• Proficient in Procore; OSHA 30 required
• Familiar with CMAR/Design-Build environments
• Able to lead field teams and communicate across project stakeholders
