Customer Service Representative – Office Near Toronto Pearson Airport
We are currently seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives in the GTA to join our fast-growing fundraising organization. With 80 offices across Canada and the United States, we are expanding quickly and offer opportunities for individuals looking to build a long-term career with potential for leadership and management growth.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in representing our clients’ brands, building positive customer relationships, and ensuring an exceptional service experience from start to finish. You’ll handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns professionally, and support client engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
Address questions, resolve issues, and provide accurate information
Process customer orders and ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and accounting
Stay informed on product updates and client offerings
Schedule and follow up on appointments, calls, and meetings
