Essential Functions:
- Dental Insurance :
· Confirming coverage and benefits for their dental treatment
· Submitting claims and following up on denials or discrepancies
· Helping patients understand their insurance benefits, payment options, and collections.
· Resolve coverage or financial issues
· Treatment coordination.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience in dental office.
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and multitasking skills
· Knowledge of Carestream Softdent Software a plus
· Willing to train an enthusiastic individual willing to learn and grow with our practice.
