Position: Remote Medical Customer Service Rep.

Pay: $16/hr. | Weekly Pay + Benefits

Training: Paid Training

Equipment: Provided

Start Date: October 2025


Schedule:
8am-10pm EST, Monday through Saturday
?? Must be able to work an 8-hour shift during these hours AND be available to work Saturdays

What You'll Do:

• Handle high-volume inbound calls
• Make outbound calls when needed
• Provide accurate information to patients and healthcare providers
• Assist callers with status updates and next steps
• Follow a structured call script
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive caller experience
• Navigate multiple internal systems at once
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and KPIs

Requirements:

• 1+ year recent customer service experience in a call center environment (Required)
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to multitask on dual monitors
• Quiet workstation with high-speed internet and modem access (Required)
• Excellent verbal/written communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, navigation)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• HS Diploma or equivalent
