PatchMaster North DC is looking for motivated individuals to join our team of drywall and plaster repair specialists. Strong candidates should be detail-oriented, efficient, punctual, have good communication skills, and can keep their work area clean. While the job starts part-time, due to the number of jobs we get, it will quickly become full-time. Role and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate is an experienced drywall finisher with residential and commercial repairs ranging from ceiling collapses to reconstructing drywall, baseboards and trim in flooded basements. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license. PatchMaster North DC has a customer satisfaction guarantee. When you respond please detail your work history, have before and after pictures available of your previous work pertaining to drywall repair, and be able to offer at least two references if requested.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of working with drywall installation, finishing or repair experience required
• Experience in painting
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record

Preferred Skills:
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
• Reliable transportation and tools a plus (eventually employee with use a company van and tools such as heat gun, heaters and a dust extractor vac.)

Compensation:
• $26 to $30 per hour based on experience
• Weekly pay
• Access to digital card for gas
• No weekends or holidays
• Shirts and hat with company logo provided for work

Note: Candidates who advance in the process will be required to pass a pre-employment background check.
