Responsibilities
Drive safety initiatives by collaborating across teams to develop preventive measures and protect associates
Ensure regulatory compliance through implementation of safety procedures, audits, and continuous improvement strategies
Lead training and coaching efforts to support plants in corrective actions, problem-solving, and effective communication of safety policies
Investigate incidents to identify root causes and ensure timely resolution and accountability
Champion a proactive safety culture while managing technical challenges and supporting cross-functional projects
Qualifications
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a closely related discipline
Brings 5–7 years of professional experience in a safety-focused role
ASP or CSP certification is a plus
