Job Responsibilities - Perform hand soldering, rework, and touch-up on surface mount (SMT) and through-hole components
- Use microscopes, magnifiers, and other inspection tools to ensure proper solder joints and alignment
- Identify and correct soldering defects according to IPC-A-610 standards
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and Bill of Materials (BOMs)
- Maintain accuracy in documentation and record-keeping for all rework activities
- Collaborate with quality inspectors and engineers to resolve production issues
- Ensure ESD safety and follow all company safety procedures
- Keep the workstation clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

- 1-2 years of experience in hand soldering electronic components preferred
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to use soldering irons, hot air tools, and other hand tools safely and effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
