Job Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering, rework, and touch-up on surface mount (SMT) and through-hole components
• Use microscopes, magnifiers, and other inspection tools to ensure proper solder joints and alignment
• Identify and correct soldering defects according to IPC-A-610 standards
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and Bill of Materials (BOMs)
• Maintain accuracy in documentation and record-keeping for all rework activities
• Collaborate with quality inspectors and engineers to resolve production issues
• Ensure ESD safety and follow all company safety procedures
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

• 1-2 years of experience in hand soldering electronic components preferred
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to use soldering irons, hot air tools, and other hand tools safely and effectively
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
