Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults in finished products using detailed instructions and prior analysis provided by the test technician. This role ensures all products meet quality, performance, and compliance standards before release..

Location: East Side of El Paso, TX 79936
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday AM Shifts (OT and Weekends)
Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour
Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preliminary product analysis to identify defects, faults, or performance issues.
• Diagnose and repair faults in finished products following established procedures.
• Document all repairs, including root cause findings, corrective actions, and parts used.
• Verify product functionality to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
• Report recurring or complex issues to the test technician or supervisor.

Additional Responsibilities

• Complete repairs accurately, efficiently, and within required timeframes.
• Meet daily repair productivity and quality expectations.
• Conduct thorough pre-analysis to ensure accurate fault identification.
• Follow repair processes and instructions with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain an organized work area and uphold quality control requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Mechatronics; 2 years preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or higher education preferred.

Knowledge of:

• NOM-022-STPS-2008 / ANSI-ESD S20.20:2014 (Basic)
• RBA:2021 / SA8000:2014 standards
• Workplace responsibility, security awareness, cultural diversity, and code of conduct
• Strong willingness to learn and grow technical capabilities.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively.

Training & Certifications (Preferred)

• Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) training
• RBA/SA8000 compliance training
• Security Awareness
• Safe Use of Social Networks
• Cultural Diversity Awareness
• Code of Conduct / Workplace Ethics

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient with voltmeters and electronic measuring equipment.
• Skilled in soldering and heat-gun operation.
• Ability to perform precise electronic component repairs and rework.
• Solid understanding of basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

• Must have a valid US passport
• English/Spanish fluency
