Job Description

_*Duties/Responsibilities:*_

* Handle front desk, payments, scheduling. You will perform procedures using our laser, our space, and have profitable outcome.
* Provide cosmetic consultations to patients on cosmetic procedures and skin care products.
* Perform laser treatments for various cosmetics procedures, including hair removal, skin rejuvenation and intense-pulsed light (IPL).
* Administer dermal fillers and Botox injections to clients.
* Primarily manage the laser that does skin resurfacing and other that does hair removal.

_*Required Skills/Abilities:*_

* Ability to assess the type and condition of a clients skin to recommend appropriate treatments and make their management and care plan.
* Ability to conduct effective consultations and obtain relevant information about the clients health and lifestyle, cosmetic therapeutic communication.
* Excellent communication skills to explain treatments, listen to concerns, and answer questions.
* Previous experience in a clinical or medical setting is preferred.
* Bilingual Spanish- English
* Friendly, warm, caring, bubbly confident and enthusiastic personality.
* Customer service skills including effective listening, empathy, compassion, and a positive attitude.
* Self-starter, motivated and go-getter.
* Reliable
* Team-player mentality.
* Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organization skills attention to detail.

_*Education and Experience:*_

* Active Esthetician License

_*Physical Requirements:*_

* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
* Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
