EAS Roofing is a locally trusted, family-oriented home improvement company focused on roofing, siding, and exterior services. We believe in making real connections with our community—and we’re looking for outgoing individuals to help us do just that at local events, festivals, and shows.

Position Overview:

As a member of our Community Engagement Event Staff, you'll represent EAS Roofing at a variety of local events. Your role will be to greet attendees, spark conversations, and help connect interested homeowners with our team for free inspections and consultations. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves interacting with people, enjoys being outdoors, and wants a fun, flexible side job with purpose.

Responsibilities:

• Represent EAS Roofing at community events, fairs, expos, and festivals

• Engage with event attendees in a friendly, professional manner

• Share basic information about our services (no sales required!)

• Help set up and break down booth displays

• Collect lead information and schedule follow-up appointments

• Work collaboratively with the event team to create a welcoming, high-energy environment

Qualifications:

• Outgoing, friendly personality and strong communication skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and occasional evenings

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working outdoors

• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation

• No prior experience needed – we’ll train the right people!
