Job Description

Executive/Personal Assistant to CEO of Family Office

Perform secretarial work and provide CEO with day-to-day administrative support.

Responsibilities


  • Act as a gatekeeper to the CEO.
  • Take accurate phone messages and make sure all messages are given in a timely manner.
  • Make travel arrangements for the CEO and his family.
  • Ad hoc projects.
  • Liaise with property managers/housekeepers.
  • General administrative tasks, including filing, copying, typing.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately and timely.


Executive Assistant Skills and Qualifications
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Scheduling
  • Computer software skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills


Education and Experience Requirements
  • Three to five years of administrative experience
  • Three to five years of executive assistant/personal assistant experience
