About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Development for Collin County, Texas. This pivotal leadership role is focused on driving results through strong volunteer recruitment and management, strategic planning, and meeting sales and fundraising goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for sustaining existing and building new corporate partnerships, as well as cultivating major donors and securing large corporate sponsorships. The role also involves leading and coaching staff, collaborating with internal partners, and participating in community and corporate functions to support the mission and fundraising efforts. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years' in non-profit fundraising or a similar field. The role requires the ability to travel within the Collin County area and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include 3 years' of managerial experience, particularly with a sales or fundraising team, and a solid understanding of engaging with philanthropic communities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in meeting fundraising goals, experience in special event fundraising, and the ability to work with high-level leaders, including those at the C-suite level.
