The Company is seeking an Executive Recruiter with a focus on the reinsurance industry to join their Global Talent Acquisition team. This role is pivotal in working closely with the Reinsurance Executive Leadership Team on highly confidential searches, and it demands a professional with a deep understanding of the reinsurance market, exceptional networking abilities, and the skill set of a headhunter.
