About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Recruiter with a focus on the reinsurance industry to join their Global Talent Acquisition team. This role is pivotal in working closely with the Reinsurance Executive Leadership Team on highly confidential searches, and it demands a professional with a deep understanding of the reinsurance market, exceptional networking abilities, and the skill set of a headhunter. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and networking top-tier talent, as well as developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies. A proactive approach to succession planning, candidate assessment, and client collaboration is essential. The role also involves maintaining a robust candidate database, designing recruitment campaigns, and managing the offer process. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of experience in executive recruitment, with a specific focus on the reinsurance industry.
