Job Overview Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a F-35 Principal Project Management / Senior Principal Project Management professional to join our team in Redondo Beach, California. This role involves managing technical, cost, and schedule aspects of the F-35 program, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Manage baseline and execution of projects within the Discretionary Resources budgets. Lead the program AOP/LRSP process for Capital & NCTA. Serve as Control Account Manager for F-35 Discrete Travel and Program Office labor, using Earned Value Management. Coordinate with Air Dominance Division and lead Monthly Resource Review Boards. Manage stakeholder relationships and internal reviews. Lead and direct project teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical goals. Support risk, issue, and opportunity development. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree + 5 years related experience, or Master's Degree + 3 years related experience, or High School Diploma + 9 years related experience. Experience in project management, program management, or related fields. Knowledge of project management principles and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. Preferred Qualifications Ability to develop and influence project teams. Knowledge of Earned Value Management principles. Experience with aircraft production, FAR/DFARS, capital expenditure accounting, and program integration. F-35 program familiarity and risk management experience.
