Salud Family Health, an FQHC / Community Health Center, is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our Community Health Clinic in Commerce City, Colorado located near Denver . This is an outpatient-only role with no hospital responsibilities , offering an excellent work-life balance with a 4-day work week and generous benefits.

What We Offer:
- Annual Salary: $210,000$244,800
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
- Relocation Package: Up to $10,000
- 4-Day Work Week: 32 scheduled patient hours/week

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school
- Licensure:
- License to practice medicine in the State of Colorado (in good standing)
- Board Certified in Family Medicine (required for all candidates, including J-1 visa holders)
- Experience: No prior experience required
- Skills & Preferences:
- Sensitivity to low-income and ethnically diverse populations is essential
- Spanish-speaking preferred
