Sign-On Bonus: Up to $35,000 (CA candidates eligible for a $17,500 base, plus OT/DT earnings)
Competitive Pay: $19.46–$23.93/hr (≈ $66K–$81K/year)
Hard-to-Staff Bonus: Up to 25% of base pay
Quarterly HTS Bonus: 2.44% per quarter (up to 20% annually)

Coordinate seamlessly with pilots, dispatch, and ground crews
Stay at the top of your game through regular training, equipment checks & clinical rotations
Paramedic Certification active in California
3+ years (5+ preferred) 911/pre-hospital field experience
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, PHTLS/ITLS (NRP & instructor creds a plus)
FP-C certification within 24 months of hire
Flight or transport experience preferred
Able to pass a physical exam (lift up to 100 lbs), drug screen, and background check
Meets safety-focused height/weight standards
