Role Overview:

 

Sodexo i s seeking a Food Production Manager  2to support the Universities Dining segment at  Northwest Missouri State University  located in MARYVILLE, Missouri. The Food Production Manager will be responsible for resident dining and catering, primarily. They will oversee the culinary team which includes over 100 full time employees, student team members and collaborative work on campus. The position reports to the General Manager and has daily client interaction.

  • be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
  • ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
  • have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
  • ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
  • have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
