The Furniture Warehouse is offering an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Furniture Repair Technician. Applicants MUST have experience in the repair of upholstery, wood, and leather products.

What You’ll Do:

• Loading/unloading furniture with dollies
• Evaluate and diagnose unrepairable furniture
• Repair damaged furniture when possible
• Responsible for completing damage forms and report to supervisor if parts are needed
• Maintain clean work area at all times
• Ensure outbound furniture does not have damages or flaws
• Inspects and performs minor maintenance on equipment
• Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled

What You’ll Bring:

• Knowledge of furniture repair techniques (woodworking, upholstery, and leather)
• Capability of standing in one spot for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift between 10 - 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and follow written product instructions
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, withstanding climate change
• Background check free of criminal activity
• Ability to lift, push, stoop, twist, & bend
• Ability to work both independently and as a team
• Punctuality and reliability
