Job Description
Our patient-focused, digitally advanced office is expanding and looking for an associate dentist to join our team in Bethlehem, PA. About the Practice for the incoming Dentist:
- Primarily Adult based care
- Completely FFS and PPO
- $3.5 million in total average annual revenue
- 10+ seen on average by each provider on site
- Fully digital, Milling unit, Digital scanner, Ultrasonic canal locator, Implant printer
Compensation and Benefits for the Dentist:
- Starting daily guarantee of $700 for 3 months
- 33–35% of collections initially if preferred
- Lab fees fully covered by the practice
- Mentorship and CE allowance
Schedule of the Dentist:
- 4.5 days/week
- Off by 5:00 pm (Monday – Thursday)
- Half days on Fridays
- No evenings, weekends, or on call scheduling
Requirements of the Dentist
- 1+ year of in office work or completion of a Residency program
- Proficient in Molar endo required, Implant placement preferred
