Job Description
We are looking for a Harvesting Supervisor to receive orders from the packing room and ensure the correct mushrooms are harvested each day. Will oversee all harvesters to ensure attendance, that they are picking the correct product, maintaining quality standards etc. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Previous supervisory experience required. Experience in the mushroom industry encouraged to apply. Must have strong communication and organization skills. 5:30am-end of production. Insurance, 401k match, paid vacation etc.
