Job Duties:
Cleans and disinfects cabins restrooms pavilions offices and other building on a daily basis.
Picks up collects and disposes of trash garbage litter and debris.
Mows and trims grass prunes shrubs weeds flower bed sand rakes leaves and pine straw.
Changes linens washes dishes operates washers and dryers folds and bags linens and towels picks up supplies and notifies office personal of needed maintenance.
Paints buildings trash barrels and picnic tables performs manual labor.
Maybe required to perform other duties as necessary.
