Interval Solutions Group, a growing HR and staffing firm, is seeking a motivated HR & Operations Assistant to be the operational backbone of our team as we relaunch our office space and expand into new services like tax preparation. This essential role requires a blend of administrative, recruiting, and employee support duties, including reaching out to job seekers, managing new employee onboarding into our payroll system, and handling all employee communication (calls, texts, emails). The position will start as part-time, offering immediate in-office support, and is to transition to a full-time role by the upcoming tax season to assist with our new service lines.
