Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This position will work closely with our HR Generalist to support a variety of HR functions, including end-to-end hiring practices, building and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), administrative work, and project-based assignments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and possess excellent communication and computer literacy. This position is onsite in Bowling Green, Ky.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate communication.

• Assist in the creation, documentation, and organization of HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Maintain and update HR documents and records within SharePoint and other HR systems.

• Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, tracking HR metrics, and organizing files.

• Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance the employee experience.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Problem-solving oriented with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SharePoint.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
