Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Onsite (In-office)
Job Summary: The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in HR processes and an opportunity to develop key interpersonal and organizational skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, such as preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives, events, and surveys.
- Assist in creating and updating HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Conduct research on HR trends, legal requirements, and best practices to provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the HR team on projects related to training, performance management, and organizational development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws in all HR activities.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources , Business Administration , Psychology , or a related field .
- Basic understanding of HR processes and functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , HRIS systems , or other relevant software .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations .
- Experience with recruitment tools or platforms.
- Interest in employee engagement and company culture development.
