What You’ll Do Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform repairs across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems Assist with day-to-day community upkeep and ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner Conduct daily property inspections (property walks) to identify and correct deficiencies Complete make-ready work for move-outs and ensure apartments are ready for occupancy Coordinate with vendors as needed for apartment turnover and repairs Maintain clear documentation of service requests, work completed, work in progress, and expenses Close service requests promptly and update the property management system accurately Communicate professionally with residents and management regarding maintenance updates and scheduling Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and materials needed for routine repairs Safely move heavy appliances and equipment, including removal of abandoned items when required What We’re Looking For: Hands-on experience in performing service requests and completing make-readies Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems. EPA certification to handle refrigerants (Type III or Universal preferred) Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills. Must have basic tools including HVAC gauges, reliable transportation, and be able to participate in an on-call rotation once hired. Why Join Us?
