Job Description

Mulco is a Plumbing, Heating and HVAC company serving the East End of Long Island. Mulco provides services for new construction and installations as well as service and preventative maintenance.

*Key responsibilities of this position include:*

* Creating and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
* Preparing Proposals and Estimates and overseeing their submission
* Following up on open proposals to the point of signing
* Developing a comprehensive sales strategy for the company
* Thinking creatively to develop new sales channels
* Having general knowledge of construction, plumbing and heating
* Working with team members to prepare and deliver proposals to customers
* Sourcing opportunities to market Mulco strategically
* Visiting job sites as needed to prepare thorough and accurate proposals
* Assist with Customer Service Requests and Problem Resolution

This position has a base salary of $75,000 + commissions + Spiffs paid on signed contracts, which will be a percentage of gross sales; amounts to be disclosed at the next step in the interview process.
