Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of influencer programs—our AI-powered universal search tool—and other core brand campaigns. In this role, you’ll own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, while working cross-functionally with creative, comms, and product marketing teams. You’ll partner with a creative agency and external creators to craft campaigns that drive awareness and consideration of products—developing engaging, insight-led content that resonates with key target audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead influencer marketing campaigns, partnering with tech, business, and productivity creators to drive brand awareness
Execute campaigns across multiple platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Substack, and LinkedIn
Collaborate with agency partners on creator sourcing, outreach, contracting, and execution
Develop creative briefs that guide influencer content and align with campaign objectives
Work cross-functionally with comms, brand, and paid media teams to align on messaging, targeting, and amplification strategies
Manage campaign timelines, budgets, approvals, and reporting
Track performance and optimize in real time; compile post-campaign insights and learnings

Qualifications
5–7 years of influencer marketing experience, with a proven track record of leading and executing end-to-end campaigns—familiarity with AI, SaaS, or B2B productivity tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of creator partnerships, content trends (especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube)
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills
Experience managing campaigns that blend product education and storytelling
Experience working at an Influencer Marketing Agency is a plus
