Job Description
We are seeking an Inspection Coordinator / Scheduler to join our growing team in Fort Worth, Texas! The Inspection Coordinator / Scheduler will primarily coordinate inspections for fire alarm systems and schedule service technicians, while also assisting with proposals, invoicing, and customer communication. You’ll manage group emails, prioritize tasks for estimators, track bid progress, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. Additional duties include answering phones, preparing bid forms, and learning industry terminology to support the Service Department. Accuracy, speed, and adaptability are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Hours : Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Benefits :
Compensation : $18.00 - $25.00 / hr
