What You'll Bring:
Essential Licensure: Valid Journeyman Electrician License (or Master/Foreman Electrical License) is required.
Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in large-scale industrial electrical projects, with data center or mission-critical facility experience highly preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to expertly read blueprints, meticulously plan electrical layouts, and ensure precise, safe electrical installations.
Leadership Acumen (for Lead/Foreman roles): Strong leadership capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of successfully guiding teams.
