Role: Junior Graphic & Web Designer (Contractor) Engagement: Contractor Rate: $40-$60 /hr (or project-based at our discretion) What You'll Do Design marketing assets: Create on-brand graphics for web, email, and social channels (banners, ads, icons, etc.). Build and maintain landing pages: Implement and update pages exclusively in Webflow or Framer -no hand-offs. Evolve our style guide: Expand and document brand colors, typography, and UI components. Iterate rapidly: Incorporate feedback and deliver polished visuals on tight timelines. What We're Looking For 1-2 years' experience in graphic design with mandatory Webflow or Framer proficiency. Strong portfolio showcasing polished digital design (ads, web mockups, social graphics). Expert in Figma (or equivalent). Detail-oriented with exceptional taste and design sensibility.
