Role Description

We’re hiring a Door-to-Door Lead Generator to help us connect with homeowners and introduce them to Monster Tree Service. This is an outdoor, people-focused role — perfect for a college student who enjoys being active, talking to people, and working flexible hours. You’ll visit neighborhoods in the Bucks / Mont area, create friendly first impressions, and collect contact information from interested homeowners. You won’t be selling — just starting conversations, sharing info about our services, and setting up free consultations for our certified arborists.

Flexible part-time hours available — ideal for a Delaware Valley University student looking to gain marketing, communications, or sales experience while earning competitive hourly pay plus bonuses for leads generated.

Responsibilities

• Walk door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to introduce Monster Tree Service
• Collect homeowner contact info and schedule free estimate appointments
• Represent our brand with professionalism, energy, and friendliness
• Record leads accurately in our CRM system
• Report daily results and feedback to the sales team

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident talking to new people
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working outdoors
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• No experience required — training provided
• Must have reliable transportation
