Job Title: Licensed Massage Therapist
Location: Optimum Body Shop, Las Cruces New Mexico
Job Type: [Full-Time / Part-Time]
Compensation: [Hourly rate or Salary + commission, if applicable]

Responsibilities: - Perform therapeutic massage techniques tailored to the needs of patients with orthopedic conditions and chronic pain.
- Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate massage therapy interventions.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for patients.
- Adhere to all state regulations and clinic policies regarding massage therapy practices.
Qualifications: - Valid and current Massage Therapy License in the state of New Mexico.
- 2 years of experience as a therapeutic massage therapist is preferred.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathology as they relate to massage therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering high-quality care.
Preferred Skills: - Experience with a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and sports massage.
- Knowledge of additional therapeutic modalities is a plus.
- Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are advantageous but not required.
