Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated, friendly Real Estate Showing Partner to join our energetic team. In this role, you’ll assist our Buyers Agents by conducting property showings and ensuring clients have a seamless experience throughout their home search. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Showings: Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and answering client questions.
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, helping them navigate their options and preferences.
Schedule Coordination: Manage and coordinate showing schedules to keep appointments on track and efficient.
Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on local market trends and property details to provide accurate information to clients.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Buyers Agents and the team to enhance the overall client experience.
Feedback Gathering: Collect and relay client feedback to fine-tune their property search.

Qualifications:

Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one, with our support).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable, and client-focused.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with technology and real estate tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
