About the Role:

The Loader Driver-Poult position is a critical role focused on the efficient and safe transportation and loading of live poultry . The primary objective is to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires operating heavy machinery and vehicles to load, transport, and young live turkeys,

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating loaders, or similar heavy machinery on a farm environment.
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations related to vehicle operation and material handling.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks and work in dust and weather.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications: .

• Previous experience with live poultry helpful..
• Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and varying shifts if necessary
